The business was founded by Dick Wartinger after he acquired the assets of Southern Ohio Aviation. In 1997 CAI moved its operations to Dayton – Wright Brothers Airport. Prior to moving to Dayton Wright Brothers Airport CAI completely renovated the facilities. The 25;000 sq. ft. hangar is in better shape now than at any time in its past.
